DIVERSIFIED PROPERTIES is a commercial real estate acquisition, development and management firm with a focus on industrial, office, R&D and life science properties. Diversified was formed in 1972 and has maintained offices in San Diego since its inception. It has acquired or developed over 2,000,000 square feet of space with a current market value in excess of $400,000,000.

From the acquisition of a multi-tenant office building to the development of a complex campus for a major firm in the life sciences field, Diversified has enjoyed 35+ years of success in the industry working with private individuals as well as large institutional investors.

Sabre Springs

Although the company has focused its efforts primarily in the San Diego County area it has developed industrial, office, retail and residential projects in Arizona, Montana, and in Fresno, California and Los Angeles County.
