Diversified Properties was formed in 1972 as a commercial real estate acquisition, development and management firm with a focus on industrial, office and retail properties. Diversified has enjoyed 40+ years of success in the industry working with private individuals as well as large institutional investors. The company has focused its efforts primarily in the San Diego County area although it has developed industrial, office, retail and residential projects in Arizona, Montana, and other areas within California. Over the past 20 years Diversified has broadened its product type to include the life science sector in the Southern California market. Our current list of life science clients include: Illumina, Isis Pharmaceuticals, Molecular Medicine BioServices, Genoptix, Beckman Coulter, RegeneMed, Quorex Pharmaceuticals, Sigma Aldrich and Epeius Biotechnologies.
