Development

Ground up development of commercial and industrial properties has been the primary focus of Diversified Properties over the past 40 years. Diversified provides comprehensive development services that cover the entire process of the project from site acquisition, financing, design, construction management, and marketing, on through to the final asset / property management phase, taking a personal hands-on approach to every project with a focus on attention to detail. In 1997 Diversified Properties entered the Life Science market. Since that time Diversified has had the opportunity to develop several properties for companies in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Although in most cases Diversified Properties is involved in ground up development for its own account, it does offer its development services to both individual and institutional clients with the scope being defined in a Development Management Agreement. An Illustration of this is the development of a six story Class A office building for a large institutional client where Diversified handled all aspects of the design, construction and marketing of the project, including institutional level accounting and project reporting.
