Diversified Properties seeks to acquire existing real estate both for mid and long term investment and to capitalize on short term gain by repositioning the asset for resale. Our activity level for acquisition of existing properties varies with market conditions as we are primarily seeking "value-add" opportunities that will yield higher returns than properties that are priced at retail. Due to its extensive experience in ground up development Diversified Properties is uniquely equipped to address all aspects of real estate acquisition, from identifying the opportunities in the marketplace through the due diligence and closing process. And with in-house asset management Diversified is well equipped to maximize the value of the asset whether the approach is a short term or long term hold scenario.
